Who We Are
We bring candidates, BAP members, and firms together to create networking opportunities in a professional setting.
BAP holds weekly meetings with presentations from different professional firms, governmental agencies, and various institutions from around the Northern California region.
BAP members and candidates build relationships beyond the professional space, all the while having a good time!
We give members and candidates opportunities to visit local accounting firms and government agencies to meet potential employers and gain insight into local opportunites.
BAP supports candidates and members by using Candidate Mentorship Program and Professional Mentorship Program.
We provide a great opportunity to give back to our local community. The Beta Phi Chapter requires each member and candidate to donate at least five hours of community service each semester.
We encourage getting active with fitness competitions and weekly prize drawings for participants at Tech Meetings.
The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program offers volunteer opportunity to provide free tax preparation services within the local community.
We award BAP members and candidates for their continued and dedicated hard work.
